We have managed our own portfolio since 1995 and have managed clients properties since 2006.

Expanding steadily since then, our business has grown mostly by word of mouth and for the same reason you got here.

Our processes have developed with the business at a regular pace and now we wish to become visible on the net.

Should you choose to organise repairs/maintenance/enhancements for your investment you may be interested to know that there is no charge for us organising and overseeing tradesmen below an agreed value.

The Residential Tenancies Act is there to protect both parties therefore we won't take shortcuts and don't expect to be asked to do so.

We are very strict with tenant selection and prefer to have our personal rentals empty rather than put a dubious tenant in. Our efforts will be carried over to your investment. Should you wish the criteria to be relaxed we feel your risk will increase considerably.
