We started our family-orientated business in 1995 with our own property portfolio, and transitioned to managing client’s properties in 2006. With many years experience, both personally and professionally, we are able to advise our clients on their property management to their advantage, not the tenants.

We offer a personal service, with a professional attitude, to ensure that both clients and tenants problems are dealt with in a timely manner. You will find our level of service is comparable to, if not exceeding, what other providers propose.
Whilst we recognise some clients may opt to organise repairs, maintenance or enhancements for their investment, we do offer to organise and oversee tradesmen, below an agreed value, for a nominal fee.

We have a very strict tenant selection process for our own personal portfolio of rentals. We prefer to wait for the right tenant, rather than putting in a dubious tenant. Our efforts will be carried over to maximise your investment. Should you wish the criteria to be relaxed, we know your risk will increase considerably.
